清湯牛腩

是日晚餐:清湯牛腩。之前用牛腩做過兩次,都不甚滿意。終於在唐人超市見到別人說一定要用的「牛坑腩」,望落其實同美國既 short ribs 好相似。所以今次就用了 short ribs!睇左好多網上既食譜都覺得好唔掂,唯有慢慢自己鑽研。今次我嫌燜得過久,太淋。但湯和蘿白都好好味。湯底還可以改進少少⋯⋯ 不過之後我又諗,搞咁多,其實 braised short ribs 仲簡單,仲好味!(不過呢個就有湯!)
